Lost

If you have lost a key, tag or remote control, please contact our administrator immediately by e-mail fastighet@nordiclife.se or telephone 031-704 45 20. Tags and remotes can be blocked.

Give the numbers of the keys and tags you have left.

New

To order more keys, tags or remotes, send an e-mail to fastighet@nordiclife.se.

Tag

Send your name, address and telephone number. The tag is delivered directly to the resident or if you are not at home, is left in the mailbox. Cost SEK 300 plus SEK 150 administrative fee charged on an extra invoice.

Key to apartment and entrance

Send your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Attach a picture of a key with all numbers visible. Attach a picture of an ID card for the apartment owner and the person who will pick up the key. The locksmith will contact you when the key is available for collection. Bring an ID document that matches the order. The cost of the key is currently SEK 245 and is paid directly to the locksmith upon collection, plus a SEK 150 administrative fee that is charged on an additional invoice.

Remote control for the garage

Send your name, address and telephone number. The remote control is delivered directly to the resident or, if you are not at home, is left in the mailbox. Cost SEK 500 plus SEK 150 administrative fee, which will be charged on an extra invoice.

Lock to apartment

If you have lost a key and feel that you want to replace the lock in your apartment for safety reasons, contact our property manager according to the procedure under the heading Lost above.

Mailbox

A new key for the mailbox means that a new cylinder lock also needs to be ordered. The lock comes with three new keys.

Send your name, address and telephone number. The lock will be changed by our property manager. The cost is unfortunately unknown for this.
