Lost

If you have lost a key, tag, or remote control, immediately contact our property manager by making a Service Request. Tags and remote controls can be blocked.

Please provide the numbers of the keys and tags you still have.

Faulty Tag

If your tag is not working, make a Service Request. 

Include the number of the tag that is not functioning.

New tag

Send your name, address and telephone number via  a Service Request. 

The tag is delivered directly to the resident or if you are not at home, is left in the mailbox. Cost SEK 300 plus SEK 150 administrative fee charged on an extra invoice.

New key to apartment and entrance

To order additional keys submit a request to the board.
Provide name, address, personal identity number, phone number and email. Attach a photo of an existing key with all numbers visible. Attach a photo of the ID card for the apartment holder and the person who will collect the key. The locksmith will produce the key on site at pickup. Bring ID that matches the order. The current cost is 394 SEK including VAT and is paid directly to the locksmith at pickup.

Remote control for the garage

Send your name, address and telephone number. The remote control is delivered directly to the resident or, if you are not at home, is left in the mailbox. Cost SEK 500 plus SEK 150 administrative fee, which will be charged on an extra invoice.

Lock to apartment

If you have lost a key and feel that you want to replace the lock in your apartment for safety reasons, contact our property manager according to the procedure under the heading Lost above.

Mailbox

A new key for the mailbox means that a new cylinder lock also needs to be ordered. The lock comes with three new keys.

Send your name, address and telephone number. The lock will be changed by our property manager. The cost is unfortunately unknown for this.
